I could very well be in many aspects one of the laziest people that any one person could ever come across. My couch is a haven for me and though it may be at most five feet from the kitchen, many times I cannot work up enough will to make my own cup of coffee at any point in the day. This is an issue which is especially sensitive because of my upcoming bariatric surgery. That is for health reasons and to regain what has already been lost in my youth. So many experiences I eventually missed out on because of my weight. I know I just need to get off this couch. Why not?

i wish you well in your upcoming surgery.
