Lucid dreams still occur to me. Still I couldn't seem to figure out why these episodes happen. Most of the time I'd keep myself awake so I'd escape fear. Some call this experience "nightmare", but i believe it's more than that. It all in the subconcious, not knowing if I'm awake or asleep. It's being able to be in control or to be totally helpless of your thoughts, in dreams. It's magic, but sometimes too, it's horrifying. More often, in lucid dreams, I would hear buzzing sounds, overpowering. It would manifest in a "form", sometimes a big white light that embraces me, until I couldn't talk or move. The louder the noise grew, the more frightened I'd become..then nothing. an empty black hole. Then I'll wake up gasping for breath, and the rest I couldn't recall anymore. x/

To those who suffer the same - I know it happens - I'll appreciate you taking time to talk about your experiences.
