  I have heard that they are planning to tax our health insurance to help pay for the socialist plan......unless of course you belong to a union.....no extra tax for you.....I don't know how anyone could allow that to happen and still sleep at night.

  I am sure good Germans and Russians who could still think straight must have been just as appalled as they watched Hitler (and the Nazis) and Stalin (and the communists) take over their country. I am sure they, too, felt it could not happen to them, but it did, and it is now. Liberals try to make a big joke of it, denying that Borax is a socialist, etc., but even they have to be getting a little worried that they have let the evil genie out of the bottle and that we may never get it back where it belongs. However, it is kind of fascinating to live through these times. We have read about the end times in the Bible since it was written, but for it to finally be coming true is uplifting. Not for the lost, of course, but for those of us that knew it was coming, had faith it was coming, and now our faith is being rewarded right before our eyes. It is almost like riding a roller coaster -- horrifying and exhilarating at the same time. It will also be interesting to see just how much the American voters will fall for in the coming days. Even Borax said his healthcare plan would not provide as good coverage for some as what they have now. I suppose after the coverage (like the wealth) is redistributed. It is amazing how easy it is to pull the wool over some people's eyes. Ignorance is bliss, I suppose.

  I wasn't joking, seen it happen here in Ontario and we are still paying for it 15 years later after kicking the socialist idiot bob rae out of office, so to some degree I feel your pain, lucky for us it only took 4 years to figure him out and dump him, i think it will play out a lot longer in the USA where media spin and how good you look/sound in the sound bites seems to be the key to winning elections and not actually dealing with the issues, thank god for question period up here, imagine if Obama had to stand up in conrgess for 3 hours and day and answer questions from the rest of congress about what he is doing or in some cases not doing Cussane

  I think some states are ready to pull out of the USSA. Texas could easily survive without the feds. I am not sure I would blame them for pulling out. I think Texas should pull out of the USSA and then take over Mexico, and make it TexMexico. That would be bigger than most other countries in the world. Other states would probably pull out, join Texas, and just leave the left coasts. Of course, UST (the United States of Texas) could easily take on the two left coasts, what with them being inhabited by a bunch of gunless homos.

  And the saddest part is, Kev, that if I had a shop, I'd give my workers a choice to go union... But my five sub-contractors are making between US$50-75 per hour. I think I'm paying a decent living wage right now, don't you think!?
