Start of the week can never be a good day with such a boss. In the whole five years of being his subordinate, the only thing I appreciate is that I get paid to work even if it less than I hoped. I have been longing for a day without him around or his squeaky voice shouting to almost anyone who makes even the smallest error. But it is the start of the week and I am about to see him again, he and his big mouth dripping with disdain.

There was one time, he asked me to accomplish a report that I have finished before the deadline. I was hoping for at least a tap on the shoulder saying, “you made it on time”. It would mean a lot. But what did I hear? “The time I have given you is more than enough! You really should be finished by now! I will check it tomorrow!”.

The next day, he checked it and found minor corrections, and shouted, “This is full of mistakes!”. Another colleague read my report and said that it can do well without the corrections. I respected my Boss and corrected everything he ordered to be changed and submitted it to him. He used the project for his presentation but cannot answer some management inquiries regarding the report. He angrily came to me saying how useless the report was for it did not indicate what he wanted. But did he not read it and accepted it after his revisions?

Another instance, I remember, that made me terribly irritated was when he was asking our group to arrive on ideas for improvement. I quickly made a report mentioning my suggestions. He belittled my ideas and asked if I cannot I arrive to something better. That was his opinion! Later that week, I have learned that he used my ideas as part of his report, and claimed that those were all his! Hope can you possibly describe such a boss! He is sickening!
