If you can open a can, you make this low carb soup.

My sister gets all the credit for this soup creation.  I made one substitution to make it more low carb than her version.

My version:

4 cans Creole Seasoned Okra and Tomatoes
4 cans Diced Tomatoes
2 large cans White Chicken

Simmer together until heated through.

That's it!

My sister uses corn instead of the extra tomatoes.

It's really good.

Let me know if you try it.  :-)

Wow, that is really flippin' easy!  I'll have to try that out soon.  Maybe this weekend or next when we go grocery shopping I'll get the stuff for it.  Thanks for sharing!

CDub, is this really spicy, like hot spicy?  It sounds yummy and would adapt easily to adding whatever veggies you like.  Thank you!

    Mimi,
It isn't a hot spicy.  I thought it had nice flavor.  It's not BAM! hot.  :-)

2. Do not go food shopping on an empty stomach You will be tempted to buy everything in sight.
