That looks really nice frags.. in a very live-able cozy kind of way.. I hate those kind homes where you feel like you're sitting in a meuseum.. this is quite perfect in my book! Love those cutains.. so dreamy.. and the decorations on the wall etc.. very sophisticated yet cute.. and the couch.. I could live on it! :-) -

Can you come up with a plan for my place? Here are the problems: all furniture is cheapo pressed wood put-it-together-yourself crap and none of the mats, curtains or furniture matches. And there are baby toys all over the floor!
You place looks nice. If I had the money and could clear the wife and child out for a weekend I could do so much more with ours.

lu - you are right, it's a very small garden area out back. that's where the rose bush is located. i haven't done anything with the area other than put down mulch. maybe next year i will :) glad you like my place so far!
wombie - those windows are one of my favorite things...i looove lots of light :)

Frags - this is so beautiful! It's modern and cozy all at once. You've got my fave colour scheme too - mushroom and stone with creams. So elegant and I cant wait to see the rest. It may have taken a little time but it sure looks like it was worth it hun :-) I zoomed in and I just luuuuurve that rug! and the little rascal laying on it ha ha!
