today, i tried boxing for the first time...

and i love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm actually kinda sore as i'm typing but it's okay! i love boxing!!! it's fun, i could take my frustration out in a healthy way (i used to do it by eating), and i'm punching someone!!!lol... ;-)

this was actually my mother's idea. she saw how my neighbor lost her weight through boxing and now she wants to try it. she had fun doing it and now shes making me do it...

it's nice way to lose weight and a nice way to learn how to punch someone...

i'm reallly excited about this because i know i could lose weight through this. i mean just look at boxers nowadays!!! can you see their abs??? hehehhehheheh

i'm gonna be like pacquiao!!!!

so this my goal with boxing... lose weight....

hmmmm maybe i could post a before and after pics...lol... let's not get ahead with this...lol... ;-)

    It's the best cardio exercise you can ever do. The good thing is you only need a punch bag in your backyard and you can train whenever you like. I used to box when at school and when I was in the army. I do not train at a gym any more but have recently started training on my own in my backyard. You should also find an Arnis/eskrima place then you can learn how to belt people with a stick and so much more :)

    i boxed a guy one time and kept getting punched in the nose. i'm good at karate though. whap bam sock pow. and i know how to choke your little tushie too. go to sleeeeep, little queenieeee.

    as for arnis/eskrima, i don't have the guts frankly. i don't wanna get hit by a stick. a paddle, a switch, a belt, maybe, but not a stick. put it this way, you put me over your knee you can hit me but don't start whacking me with a stick all over the place, i can do without that thank you. only one part of my body is sufficiently padded for that sort of thing. i am in no hurry to become a dog sister.

    i love miso soup and salmon teriyaki (if it is moist and soft, not if they dried it out, yukk) and egg custard sushi and inari sushi, and i order bento box a lot.  mmm, veggie tempura, ungreasy.  da best.

    Awesome Queenie!  I'm glad you think it's so much fun!  Run with it for sure, it could be just the outlet you needed not just for weight loss but for other things!
