Yesterday on the news I heard that once again my city is having structural issues and ultimately the general public will be passed the bill on thier utilities.  I would like to know why if Obama has requested each state to submit a budget to him so they can fund these projects and create more jobs our state legislators continue to try and pass the bill to tus the common folk?  Greed is whats bringing this country to its knees!
