Hi my names Sam and I'm here to blog about Drupal.
Drupal is an open source content management system was created by Dries Buytaert and his college friends in 2000 when they wanted a forum system to communicate around campus.
Originally it was called 'Drop' and hosted on Drop.org, but when it was opensourced it was renamed 'Drupal', which is the English pronunciation of the Dutch word 'Drop'.
