- I will submit to a blood, breath, or urine test after a confidential call to my attorney, unless it will unduly delay your investigation.
- I choose to take a urine test if available. If a urine test is not available, I choose a breath test.
- Call Anytime 24 hrs-ask for DUI attorney.
- Keep this in your glove compartment.
I don't think that they are going to remember this list if really drunk.
