Guys , welcome ! reading the following guide please .
1. For starting members, lower than 45 at least, bring some sort of food. Others with good armor or can kill monsters with 24 Hp just bring an empty inventory.
2. Run to Barbarian Village, home of Stronghold of Security. ( Runescape Gold )
3. If you haven't done the first level of the Stronghold of Securty, work your way thru it, at the end there is a small reward waiting, if you have use the Teleporter, located South East of the starting ladder that you come in from. Go down to the second level of Stronghold of Security.
4. Once in the Second Level, go thru the door west of you, go through those doors, then go thru the next set to get to the monster called, "Flesh Crawler".
5. Simplest of all, kill the two Flesh Crawlers in the room, with a respawn of around 10 seconds, you should always have something to do.
6. Pick up this loot only ( Runescape powerleveling )
Fire Rune: Drops in sets of 42.
Herbs: Ranarr, Dwarf Weed, Lantadyme, Avantoe, Harralander, Irit, Kwuarm. Cadantine.
Do not clean any of the Grimy Herbs. Prices below, Prices may vary between day to day.
Grimy Ranarr Weed: 7,404-8,184 Gp
Grimy Kwuarm Weed: 2,869-3,171 Gp
Grimy Avantoe Weed: 1,501-1,661 Gp
Grimy Irit Weed: 1,201-1,329 Gp
Grimy Lantadyme Weed: 1,130-1,250 Gp
Grimy Cadantine Weed: 1,122-1,242 Gp
Grimy Harralander Weed: 732-810 Gp
