Right, so I've already nagged about the earlier part of the day.  Let's just say I had gotten myself into the kind of slump that I figured that the rest of the day was going to just suck.  Beyond that, let's also say that I had convinced myself that this whole weekend just might suck too.  I even had myself goggling on the fact that I couldn't legitimately look forward to work because it's driving me nuts, but I wasn't looking forward to being home, and beyond that ... there was nothing else to look forward to either.  From this you can see I had myself spiraling into a crappy, dumpy mood pretty quickly and easily.

You might have seen Lucy's post today, in which she mentioned getting a pleasant surprise of a compliment just when she was fretting about that very thing she got complimented on, more or less.  Something like that happened to me today too.  Just when I was really settling into a dreary, horrible mood I got the most pleasant surprise.  Ever since, my mood has been lifted and I'm all giddy.  This weekend has some potential yet!  What is it you ask?  Well, I've decided to do a little photo sharing instead of trying to get detailed enough about it.

Australian Tea

A little further away, a little out of focus perhaps, but that's what you get with a cell phone, okay?  Beyond that, I think it adds a little mystery.  What is this you ask?  Well ... it's black tea, from Australia!  Yup, I now have my own box of ...

Australian Tea 2

Daintree Tea ... 100% Australian Black Tea.  Don't you just love how it seems to radiate the sunlight?  At least to me that's what it seems, knowing the environment the picture was taken in anyway.  It's like this little box is just shooting out happiness and sunshine.  I received THE box today.  I was shocked at first wondering, who's sending me something now?  I didn't order anything!  Then I saw who it was from and went OOOHHHH yeah!  Lol.  So of course I got right to work opening it up and looking to see what was inside.  It was SUCH a pleasant surprise for the day.  Also, what a wonderful little gift because I've been more and more into drinking tea lately for whatever reason.  I'm trying all sorts of different kinds and loving them all.  I can't wait to make my first cup and sit and enjoy, which will most likely happen tomorrow morning.

So now of course this sets into motion the passing on of the box, but I might just have to look up my sleeve a little first ... if the next paycheck allows it anyway.  One way or the other, once we get paid again I'll be sending it on of course ... but I might just be adding to it, we'll see what I can do.  I've been feeling a few things clunking around in my sleeve, it might be time to get rid of whatever's floating around in there.  IF I can afford it anyway.

Lucy - My gosh I am SO enjoying the tea!  I smelled the tea bag before even putting it in the water to steep and my gosh it just smelled so FRESH!  Lol, no other way to describe it.  Then the taste, wow.  Normally I don't like tea without some form of sweetener or flavoring, this stuff was fantastic!  Oh, and no worries from me.  I can handle sending on the box, lol, it's not going to be that hideous.  I was more worried about a $40 postage fee, but I don't think it'll be anywhere near that.  It is certainly tons of fun!  I was so excited to open it and see what was inside, it was a purely genius idea!  I can't wait to get to send it on next.

Many people will make their iced tea in a large pitcher after boiling the water to make the tea. Then they add their ingredients, ice, sugar, lemon and whatever else they like and then stir....
I admit, the title was just a random thought while cleaning that literally made me laugh out loud, lol. Glad nobody was home. :-p...
