FEMA HAS NO EVACUATION PLANS
In The aftermath of Katrina FEMA official in the New Orleans office are being accused of deliberately holding up over 68% of the federal aid funds sent for disaster relief.
A dozen employees at that office are claiming that they have been intimidated and abused when attempting to use the funds as intended.
When asked by Bill Whitaker of CBS news what could be the reason for this one employee spokesman said that in his opinion the management wants to hold on their jobs.
Some managers are receiving $100,000 per year plus retirement benefits as long as the recovery efforts are kept dragging along.
Mayor Ben Morris of Slidell La. Is still running his city out of a trailer next to the rail yard.

To make matters worse , local manager Doug Whitman is being investigated for sexual harassment , and abuse of employees drawing 30 employee complaints to date.
Joseph Cao who is investigating these allegations was quoted as saying “shame on FEMA.”
Estimates given say the recovery may take up to 15 years if this current trend continues.
