Well I just had my first Seattle Sutton Healthy Eating (SSHE) meal. It really was not bad and very filling. My dinner consisted of a lemon pepper loaf, twice baked potato, spinach and steamed apples with cinnamon and nutmeg.

I am addicted to salt so of course I wanted to pick up my shaker but I did not. I used some non-salt seasonings and it was not bad at all. There is a quote in the SSHE material, "eat to nourish your body, not just for taste". I became stuffed without finishing the spinach and I still have my apples to eat. So if I become hungry for an evening snack before bed, I will finish my meal.
