I am writing my will...I came across the part where it says who do you want to leave your kids to...I don't know anyone in my family who I would want to leave them too. Not a one! Is that bad?

    Well, it's better to think about this stuff just in case.

    Hopefully you'll never have to invoke it, but you really should give this consideration because if you fail to specify, it just means someone else gets to decide what's best for your kids.
