  SO guess what? This site is not going to be dominated by a clique. Just because a bunch of you spend inordinate amounts of time in here commenting on each other's posts and keeping each other "popular" (Holy High School, Batman) doesn't mean you own the territory.

  most people just ignore it when people act the way holly and a few others around here do. i guess i'm guilty of starting the latest round of 'mud slinging', although that wasn't my intention. i just wanted to see how many people thought that behavior was acceptable enough to ignore it and how many thought it was ok to say something about it, even if it was a member of sc i was talking about. i'm sure you already know this bb, but most people here don't treat you or anyone else the way mcs and hom have treated mp here, or me on my post. most people will try to look at both sides of the issue and give a reasonable assessment. try to 'get along with others', and not expect that others will always agree with them or kiss their ass just to get along. i guess in my couple years here, i've learned that things like this flair up and then die down and everybody goes back to more or less status quo, so if you hadn't already figured this out, just ignore the assholes here who are harsh when they point out your typos or whatever, cause most people will either just ignore them or be civil about how they point them out. the others aren't worth wasting your time on.

  Have you not read my posts about my sister and her terminal cancer?  Have you not been following the awful shit that my Sir (cuppajava) has been going through this past year?  Where in God's name would I find the bloody time to be all those other people?  Apart from the fact I'm in the UK so I tend to be commenting about 6 hours ahead of everyone else and 10 hours behind Lucy, then for my friends to be posting and commenting 6 hours later, that would mean I have not slept in like, lemme see. . . . 3 months!!??  Wow!!  Does that get me into the Guinness Book of Records?!?!

  just as a point of reference noname, it's sorta been an agreement of the sc community over the years that you can say what you want on your own blog because that's what it's there for and nobody has to read it or comment on it if they don't want. it's more or less considered offensive or instigating if you take it to other people's blogs. sorta like 'i can say what i like about whoever and whatever i like in my own house, but if i go to someone else's or in public, i'm much more inclined to keep my mouth shut'. it doesn't hold true across the board, of course, but it does give us a sort of understood boundary to air our greviences and still keep the site as a whole from totally erupting. just thought you might not know that.

  Of the active bloggers I've been monitoring here, her blog comes closest to absolute intellectual masturbation. Here is someone living in her own world for sure. Why she keeps participating in SoulCast? I'll leave that up to the other amateur psychologists. I'm over this person and will leave her rambling comment up but I will block her henceforth because I don't like her. I think she's really useless to others. Regardless of whatever her real-life persona may be, on screen she's really unlikeable. And why can't she EVER leave a short comment?

  I would like to say something at this point folk.  Whenever someone has done something that is so called wrong in the eyes of 'Casters, they have been berated a couple of times and things move on.  I've seen people berated here for the most awful comments and posts.  I have been a victim of some of the awful comments and posting of others if people remember rightly.  The thing is, this has gone on now for 6 whole days.  6 whole days of trying to keep a bad memory of a fellow Caster alive.  There are people in this world who have done such henus crimes that only get 3 days worth of newspaper stories for goodness sake.
  
  I would like to ask a huge favour of you Mr mOOn, though I know you can refuse if you so wish.  No matter what someone has done on here, I don't think anyone deserves to be berated and slaughtered on the main pages for 6 days.  This post has entertained many people and I think everyone whoever felt slighted has had their say.  I would dearly love to see this post removed now Mr mOOn.  I would be very appreciative if you could see your way forward to do this.

  first, as i commented earlier on this post, it is moon's blog, and he can say whatever he wants here for as long as he wants about whomever he wants. that's one of the purposes of having your own blog, and is the way we all handle situations like this. i don't see anyone going to other posts and saying anything about anyone mentioned here the way certain other people did last year. this post made the front page for one day, and now is burried in the archives only to pop up on a 'my conversations' page when someone makes a comment. it is no different that happykat's anonymous post which has been going on for over 2 years, some posts are just like that.
   
  second, if you click on the link i posted, you'll see that the purpose of the people mentioned here is revealed very clearly. so just as with my 2 posts, and this post, it is not an attempt at flaming anyone, it is asking the 'caster's community' their impressions of this type of behavior. everyone can make up their own minds after that. take a look at the comments in this post and see who has been inflamatory and who has been discussing behavior. and keep in mind who's behavior started this latest round.

  In the quest to get everybody else to act like "mature adults" this entity repeatedly tossed out insults every time after the very first benign post. Observe:

  i mean most of us are adults and should act as such. little sniping comments only make you look like a child, sorry moon but this includes your "I have no interest in intimidating anyone who might be mentally disturbed" comment. that lets me know that you are still feeding into the circle of idiocy.
