  Shit!  I understand being upset, but that's when good parents send themselves into time out to avoid such things.  (yes, I've sent myself into time out a number of times)

  reading this made my mind go back coupla years,when i bought my first car (second hand).a friend asked me whether he could take it for a spin .the car came back smashed my friend was sorry and did not have the money to fix it up.at that time i told him no problem its just a material thing we will get it fixed ,that it took me another three months to garner the cash was immaterial and  coupla years later when my friend bought a new car the first thing he told me was  "we have a car mate" and our friendship has lasted all these years
  the above story had me thinking as to whether the worlds becoming too materialistic
