Saturdays are the beginning of most everyone's weekend. For most it is the one-day where you get to stay in bed all morning and really have an eventless day, where indoor seems the thing to be.  We know that sometimes after a hard week this may seem like the thing to do and recuperate but trying something new can always add a bit of a challenge but what is better help you get in shape.

Hiking is one of those things that sometimes we may think is for experts but really it's not, all it takes is a good pair of tennis shoes, some very comfortable sweats or short if the day is hot. A partner helps so make a quick phone call to your best friend get yourself a good breakfast.

For hiking there is usually a hike trail in the cities just about everywhere, but a little bit of research helps so you know of the difficulty of the trail before you start this way you have a pleasant experience from the beginning. Take plenty of water and maybe a snack if you predict taking a little longer to keep your energy levels up and be able to get to the finish line and remember to take deep breaths once you are in the middle of your hike clear up your mind and relax, this could be the greatest Saturday you have ever had.
