Hey peeps!! can anyone help me? i'm having a diet problem. I wan to lose weight but i just can't. I have tried all kinds of diet programs but none works for me.. Any suggestions?

    Congratulations, you've taken the first step towards it already, you've admitted you have a problem. This program has worked for everybody I've ever suggested it to but I'm not a professional.

    1. You need to weigh yourself, ideally and get a BMI done by your doctor, the online tests are good enough if you can't/don't want to go to a doctor. You need to know exactly how big you are.

    2. You need to set a goal, where would you be healthy/happy at don't aim for some celebrity just aim for happy and healthy.

    3. Take down your diet. Every single thing you eat for an entire week. This is important because you can't effectively cut things from your diet if you don't know what you are eating. You can calorie count, it will probably speed up the process but I don't personally approve of it.

    4. Take down your schedule, include work, when you eat, when you play everything you do.

    5. At the end of the first week look at your diet, try to cut back or out the fattiest things, start with soda, water helps diegestion AND has no calories. Then cut back fast food, or butter etc. Try to eat breakfast earlier in the day if you can, it gets your metabolism up. Try not to eat dinner any later than seven.

    6. Once you know what your schedule is I'm sure you have time to work out, maybe not an hour at the gym but fifteen minutes of jumping jacks, sit ups, push ups and other in your house style work out to get your blood pumping.

    7. Pick a day, weigh yourself and redo your BMI every week on this day. If you have a digital camera take a picture of your body this day as well. It is important that you are able to see the results of your work, it makes it easier to keep doing when you know that something is happening. It will take a few weeks for the results to start however.

    My personal suggestion is that while watching TV you make sure you get in say 15 pushups, sit ups and jumping jacks per hour you watch television, or are on the internet, or play videogames whatever.

    When you go the mall or something don't hunt for a good parkingspot, take the first one you find.

    I should warn you that this diet doesn't show instant super results, it is likely to take six months or more depending on how dedicated you are to it. I personally don't advice you making any diet changes you can't keep up long term. Its not a diet, its a life style change. That is the entire reason why I adjust what you already have, instead of encouraging you to only eat Circle K, or cut carbs. Those ideas are rediculous.

Got yer attention, didn't it?...
I am 5'5 and when I weighted myself this morning(I've been avoiding it) I tip the scales at 150. It's all showing in my hips and backside. But I know the circulation stuff is going to start up soon too. But I really have learned to LIKE food. So yes diet...
