Now look, we're not saying your real estate down in St. Pete or Tampa
is going to be absolutely worthless. Don't get me wrong. We all have to live some-
where. It's just if these guys keep getting us into the wars, we wil become as
crazy as the terrorists.
We won't know what we are doing and why. What does it mean to your life
if you have to pay $10 gallon for gas or for heating oil. Too bad all the cities with
good subway systems are up North! So you have to pay for one or the other.

My first kid is scheduled to be born this week to my wife. It's so incredible,
such a difficult world, and yet a new child is still going to be born. Will it have a
good future. Will something that looks like civilization, music, culture, health
care still exists in ten years? Like the old song says:
I want to see a better world.
For me and my child.
My old lady too.
And maybe you.
