Through the magic of Twitter, I was asked by The Poor Chef to post a recipe on his website.  He was recently on the Today show and this could mean some piggy back national exposure for my little ol' diabetic blog.

Here is an excerpt from his website.

The Poor Chef Eat cheap, but eat well.

The Poor Chef is a cooking show designed with everyday people in mind. We celebrate the penny pincher in all of us, because whether we care to admit it or not, we have all at one time or another looked to save a dime. One of the principles of "The Poor Chef" is to feature some of the best dishes in the world made by some of the most creative characters small towns and big cities have to offer.

He messaged me at Twitter and asked me to post on his website.  He said "make it pretty."

Wow!  I know he's not a household name yet, but he does have his own show, a magazine and cookbooks.  Maybe I'll have one someday.  lol

I posted one of the recipes I have on my website.  It will be interesting to see if this bumps up my website views or not.  :-)

I just had to share!

    uniqely,
I am excited about it.  I think anyone can submit to his site, but I feel good that he invited me to post personally.  I've been leaving links to my recipes on Twitter.  He must have seen them.  :-)

    Lucy,
I put that in my profile there.  I said I hoped that my recipes could help diabetics like me who are looking for healthy food choices.

    Mimi,
    Wouldn't that be great?

    woman,
    Really?  That's pretty awesome.  :-)

    Thanks to you all.

Mary Tate's cheering for you, CW...it doesn't get any better than that!!
I clicked on the link, he's got a really nice site, doesn't he?

I can't wait to see you on the Today Show. We'll have to plan a viewing party in soulcast's living room.  We can watch the show and toast you with Crystal Lite and one Hershey's Candy Kiss each.

He does have a nice site.  I got another message from him last night on Twitter.  He wanted to be sure I had posted a profile on his site with my recipe.

    I'm a little star struck.

It would be great to have such an SC party someday!

The Cosmic Cafe' will be open for business very soon. It might have been tonight, but I got upset and grumpy, as my daughter called it. I rarely do that. But today, I did.

I am back friends, and the Cafe' will be tidied and...
What the hell is in all the bowls!...
