Not that I am truly superstitious, but when we transferred to our new office in January, my table directly faces the door of our mini cubicle. I read that this is not very good, but I have no choice because there is not much space left for this big table to move.

So I decided to buy a gemstone to supposedly contradict the negative effects of me facing the door. The gem is a baby pink, pyramid-shaped stone.

It is neatly placed at the center of my white-painted table, and has become a very attractive sight whenever the rays of the sun touches its surface (the window is a different story).

But aside from this, it gem has also become a source of " idle conversations" for people who come and go. Some think it is a paper weight. Others think it is a toy. Others would even ask how much it costs if pawned. lol

What I have noticed is that people just can't talk about it without touching or holding it. Imagine adults playing with it, placing it on their fingers or use it as a "telescope", generating laughter from others who sees this.

Oh well, that is the story of the pink gem and how it creates a ground of unity.

crystals have power. some of that power is even used in things like radios and such devices. it sounds like your pink gem has a good vibration to it that everyone can sense, because people aren't drawn to every crystal like that, but they pick up on the vibrations.

you chose well ss ss :-)

Thank you secret, it is. Whenever I see it in the morning, I feel happy  :D

I didn't know that crystals have that effect mr. travlr. Good vibration, I think you are right. When I was choosing, I "felt" the one that felt cold and light in my palm.   :)

yes queen, we are very hard-headed and curious. lol Ginagamit ko pangontra ng malas, kasi nga, yung simula ng year ko, as in super negative. Pero mukhang nagiging ok na now. ;)

yes fraggles, it is feng shui. I read it online, and just tried it, just in case it would ward off negativity in the workplace. Some things just get the full attention of people. lol

Hi Rain, I hope that's effective for you. My sister influenced me on this, and somehow I could sense it gives her good aura. Perhaps it is true. I can't tell exactly if everything positive emanates from that gem.. Maybe we also need to have a positive mental attitude about life. :)
