I was shocked to hear that there have been over 600 accident claims concerning potholes. Whilst I agree that a cyclist who has injured themselves after falling into a pothole or a driver seeking compensation due to the damage a pothole causes to the car.

But I don’t really agree with people seeking an award for a minor defect on the path, this just seems like a compensation culture to me. This goes hand in hand with a woman who sued after he postman after he posted a letter too quickly and damages her letter box.

He didn’t get the stamped approval then!
