so i'm taking a brief break from listening to an archived ballgame on mlb.com - the cardinals and pirates, oddly enough - and reading windblown world: the journals of jack kerouac 1947-1954 so i could post here. admittedly, it's been a few days but i've been busy planning a much needed vacation with my girlfriend towards the end of the month. (more on that much later.) but it has been a rather quiet and wet labor day weekend: i had tickets to the yankee game on saturday afternoon and i have tickets for the us open today.
the yankee game was terrible. the weather was awful thanks to ernesto and the yanks didn't do a whole lot.
what's everyone else's plans?

Yes I like the fool I am went downtown today and after storming a closed off fensed area got to see our Blue and White heroes. Saw a free concert done by Jay-z. And would I do it all again? HELL NO! Talk about pandamoneum.... read entire post
