I was pleased to read this morning that the Scottish government has been urged to reform compensation and claims regarding wrongful death cases.

The new proposal will look at work accidents and road accidents and will hopefully also remove the need for victims to go to court. This will be a huge benefit for the public because debates on living expenses and lost wages will no longer be debated, therefore creating fairer compensation payouts. I really hope the proposal goes ahead.
