Before you know it, the gap or the thiness will fill itself in and your ready to maintain your new eybrows and slowly get rid of the pencil.
For the sissies, a few cubes of ice. : P (Im a sissy)
lol, hege, that stinks your momma didnt pass on those techniques. Howeva lots of mommies forget to teach their daughters this stuff. My mom made it a point to teach me all this stuff when i was little. Her mom never taught her, my gramma was au'natural and my mom was one furry kid up until she was an adult one of her friends let her in on the entire plucking/waxing extravaganza, my mom had no idea it even existed. So better late than never : ) Phil has a uni brow too! lol, and he shaves it! I tried getting him to pluck, but he says it hurts too bad! lol...wimp...
Hi paper! Good to see you! Nah i havnt posted on do-it-yourself haircuts...took me over a year to learn how to cut hair! lol...its not something that can be taught through a post...thats what beauty school is for! : P I wouldnt even know where to begin, it completly is a case by case thing. There are a bazillion and one different techniques : ) But id be more than happy to answer any specific questions you have on the technique your already using. : )
Yes uni, im a fan of waxing too! But im an at home waxer. I do it myself...i just cant bring myself to pay someone else to do it. The last thing i wanna do is bash other cosmetologists, but ive had my coworkers do it for me a few times, just cuz they wanted too, and ive always been disapointed...You could certainly save a few bucks if you went and bought your own waxing machine. Waxing is a little harder to write a "how to" on. But if you go to sally's beauty supply and buy the "beginners kit" it comes with a dvd that shows you exactly how to do it. Watching it is better than any explanation and it really is easy. Im not tryin to sway you from paying a stylist to do it of course, i totally support everyone getting things done by a professional. I just wanted you to know your options : ) Ive heard good things about clear mascara. I havnt ever incorporated it into my routine, im a fan of keepin them trimmed so that step can be eliminated. But heck yes, i bet that is the icing on the cake.
lol no prob frags glad you enjoyed it! Ive got some doosy stories about me and nair and wax...goodness...i agree, hair removal blows!
