1.Journeyman: A Taste of Skill, Part I
Receive from any Novice Cook

Talk to Allsen Chubb at Green Dragon Inn, Bywater, Shire (S31.8, W69.6).

Reward: Craft Cook Complete Proficiency Tier I

2.Expert: A Taste of Skill, Part II

Receive from any Novice Cook

Buy Cut of Beef, Hearty Stock & Tater before leaving Novice Cook

Talk to Allsen Chubb at Green Dragon Inn, Bywater, Shire (S31.8, W69.6).

Craft Serene Stew for Alken Chubb

Click on the Serene Stew recipe to learn it.

Mountain Basil can found on top of a hill, Weathertop, in Lone-Lands

In Lore-Lands it is NW of Forsaken Inn on top of the mountain with a keep on top

If your viewing range is far enough, you can see it from the Forsaken Inn

HINT: There is some mountain basil on the SE side of Weathertop guarded by just one bird. You can stay on the road all the way in then at the top of the rise marked with an X on the map cut across to the basil. 

Cook Serene Stew and turn in to Allsen Chubb

3.Artisan: A Taste of Skill, Part III

Talk to Rollo Hamsom in Buckland quite near to the Brandywine Bridge (31.8S, 62.7W)

Reward: Craft Cook Complete Proficiency Tier III

4.Superior: After completing the Artisan Quest, Rollo Hansom gives you the following quests.

1)Fill Rollo Bunce's order at the The Plough and Stars in Brockenborings

Rollo Bunce has asked you to prepare a mushroom-pie, three stuffed cabbages, and a spiced apple-pie. 

2)fill Pansy Proudfoot's order at The Golden Perch in Stock

Pansy is waiting for you to prepare two marinated chicken-cutlets and three servings of spiced potatoes that she can serve to patrons in The Golden Perch.

3)Fill Alken Chubb's order at The Green Dragon in Hobbiton-Bywater

Alken Chubb has asked you to prepare three pork sausages and two vegetable medleys that can be served to the regular patrons of The Green Dragon.

4)Fill Esrenerelda Burrows' order at The Bird and Baby, in Michael Delving

Esmerelda Burrows has asked you to prepare two salted-beef delights and two Shire-rations.

5)Fill Ruby Hollowbanks' order at The Floating Log in Frogmorton.

Ruby Hollowbanks asked you to prepare three complete hobbit-breakfasts and two blueberry-muffins to try and lure patrons back to The Floating Log, which is currently undergoing repairs on its roof.
Rollo Hansom is at his home in Buckland, quite near to the Brandywine Bridge. Your delicious preparations have satisfied Rollo's friends, and he has surely decided to grant you permission to use the superior ovens of Michel Delving.

Reward: Superior Oven Access

6)Fill the Orders: Rollo Boffin's quest requires a critical mushroom pie, though he will take a regular mushroom pie off you.

5.Master:Part IV

Receive from any Novice Cook

Talk to Pasco Grubb in Michel Delving in the Shire.(S34.6, W75.6)
Pasco Grubb wants a Roast of Heroes - 1 savory seasonings (from expert cook) and 1 giant boar-flank from the giant boar in the Trollshaws just north of Giant Valley.
Cook the roast of Heros and turn it in to Pasco Grubb
Reward: Craft Cook Complete Proficiency Tier IV & Roast of Heroes
