Women are like a rose, with a little care and attention they will bloom magnificently.
They need to be handled with care because while sweet smelling and attractive, they conceal a painful thorn, mishandle them and you will feel it! Be warned keeping pests at bay is a full time job requiring vigilance. Neglect her needs and she will succumb to the pests, then you will lose her! She can be temperamental and swayed by influences too numerous to number! Sometimes it is difficult work out why she is wilting a little! And remember to keep weeds away because they can choke and stunt growth! Yes, she is hard work but lavish here with the care, time and attention she needs and she will reward you for a long, long time to come!
Now the rambling rose, well, give her plenty of space! She really is at her best when left to her own devices! She will give a lot of pleasure, however, if you try to pick her you may end up with a fist full of thorns and a lot of pain!
