Apparently UK motorists are completely clueless when it comes to understanding their motors; as a result drivers are making unnecessary claims on their van insurance and car insurance policies.

A study revealed that 9% do not know how to open a bonnet, 20% didn’t know how to check tyre pressure, 29% didn’t know how to change a tyre and 36% of drivers do not know what car they have.
