So in watching the Dark Knight recently I couldn't help but notice that American Pyscho is playing batman.  Christian Bale, an incredible actor in whatever he does played an American who is a pyscho killing machine.

American Pyscho is a brilliant and disgustingly evil flick that leaves a person with a bad taste in their mouth.  While I watch the movie usually with a certain amount of repugant loathing for the fact of the end and with the fact there is no resolution, at the same time certain parts make laugh.

The dark humor in American Pyscho is what makes it a classic.  The cross-word puzzle where he fills in "meat & bone" into every section.  Or the horrible murderous cartoon drawings that are as plain as day and no-one sees them (except his secratary at the end) is hilarious.  American Pyscho is a terrible rotten movie(coat-hanger scene).  But I find myself drawn to it, almost a need for revulsion, I wonder if that says anything?
