.....to a SoulCaster who has zero entries. None. Never written a darn thing on their "blog." I was thinking how pointless that was, but also why I would even come close to clicking the "subscribe to this user" clicky.

I like 'em, but subscribing to a page of nothing does not compute. Why would I even consider it? Why am I wasting one of my posts with this drivel?

i would do it just so if you use the my users tab, you can easily find their first post whenever they decide to make one. otherwise, you'll never know.

Who is this mystery-unblogger, and what would possibly motivate you to subscribe to his or her blog if you haven't sampled the wares, so to speak?

i've noticed that too. i found a couple of people
who are now subscribed to soulcast, and they do
make comments, too. yet when i visited their site,
they don't have a single entry. not even a hello.
oh well, i guess that's our readers.:-) they don't
    write, but they do read.:-)

    write on, happy kat!:-)

I have quite a few of these. They are subcribed to me and upon visiting their website I have discoverd that they have not posted anything.

I nearly did the same, its not just about blogging though, their input to comments has been really interesting and ads an essence to your blogg, subscribe they have contributed other wise you wouldn't have found them.

You'll never really know what their true intentions are so it's best not to prejudge them. Maybe, they are still trying to feel their way in, as in wanting to see how the others go about writing a blog.

But I'm definitely sure that given some timie, these no entries will surely attempt their first blog. Go on and give them some time, nothing wrong in subscribing to them.

It may even give them the incentive to start writing even if for the benefit of doubt, at least there was one subscriber willing to take a chance on them.

I've done it, mainly because the comments they have left have proven interesting. It would be good though if they themselves posted something.
