So after some light shopping and crafting Sweetie and I fall back into geek mode and are laying on the bed with our dueling laptops.  We're checking SC and other sites.  I check my facebook account and my ex has in his legendary stupidity revealed which town I live in on his wall.  Moron!

I bitch about it and apologize.  Then Sweetie complains about how her dad is always putting stuff on her facebook wall instead of just talking to her.  I mean, they live in the same house most of the year.  Then she says "He's an adult! He shouldn't like face book!"

*crickets chirping*

Then I saw a little self consciously "I'm an adult.  I like facebook!"

bwa ha ha ha ha!  We both bust up laughing.  Mostly because we're both very aware of the fact that I have grown old, not neccesarily up! LOL

Kids, ya gotta love 'em!

I was surprised to hear the word a few years back, decided I didn't like it and now just ignore it.

yes I find that selective hearing is a wonderful substitute for being responsible.

it also works in a court of law "but officer I didn't hear that, I didn't know at all"
  • uniquely-ironic said on Mar 14, 2009....
Lu - I've got that selective thing, as well as a shitty memory

  • uniquely-ironic said on Mar 14, 2009....

Uni, lol, that's too funny.  I've been in that situation where I've complained about my dad to my mom, when in reality she could be guilty of the same thing, lol ... we end up going into peals of laughter every time.

Today is T day at work....
in the flesh...
I am drowning my sorrows in a bowl full of kid's cereal - Cookie Crisp, dinner of champions. I could have easily made a case for eating cookies for dinner, but at least this way I can pretend to have eaten real food.

What I'd like to know is...
Or does Aaron Neville..................
