MMORPG - Massively Multi-player Online Role Playing Game

MMORPGs have become extremely popular the past few years. You have the extremely popular World of Warcraft, Warhammer, Age of Conan, Star Wars, and countless others available to play. I have been playing WoW for about 4 years now. (Yup, I play a female Blood Elf holy priest). My husband calls it an addiction, which I do not deny. I do not like going more than a day without logging on.

However, what exactly would you classify an MMORPG? Would you call it a hobby? Many hobbies included the creation of crafts. When you log on and create a character, you improve it everyday but getting new items, experienceing new places and things, and you build it up. But instead of "hands on", your creation is digitial. Or would you classify an MMO as a past time? Like watching television, it is just "something to do".

Hmmm...All I know is that the game is like crack to me. If you are considering playing an MMO,.....

DON'T DO IT! You will succumb to the endless feeling of wanting to play a game that truely has NO ENDING.
