At what point do people open their eyes, use common sense, and/or learn to read? Here are some examples of just the few things that made me want to stand back today and give them a sign that they are an idiot:
"What's on the TV" as he stands there looking at a show that says "Wife Swap" on the screen. Yet, he still looks at me for an answer.

"Have you left for the Air Force?" as he asks me while sitting behind
the desk checking out books to him.
....Here's your sign.
A bucket of computer games sits at the bottom of the counter labeled in big
black words: "Free Games". Patron asks, "Are these free??"
....Here's your 2nd sign.
"Is this the [----] office?" although all 4 signs on the doors and the
one outside by the road say "[something other than the place you are looking for]".
....Here's your (6th) sign.
"I've come into use a computer. Which log-in sheet do I use?" he asks
as he stares down at the "Computer Log-In Sheet".
