we're planning to conduct a medical mission targetting about 1,000 people a day. to have this many people congregate in one place is a nightmare, especially with things going on simultaneously -- medical, dental, minor surgery, etc. and i'm thinking we need to keep those waiting for their turn busy so they won't be loitering around the place, and we can keep the fuss to a minimum.

i was thiking of showing movies the whole time so they can sit down while waiting or maybe something educational. got any suggestions?

by the way, the people we are serving are rural folks who don't have enough ot afford medical services, much less medication.

I can tell you guys, in the Philippines what we're gonna do is a BIG thing so we gotta do it right.
