Today I was doing a little shopping online and I am looking at some jeans on the Layne Bryant site and I see some jeans I kinda like untill..... the name of the jeans catch my eye Slimmer Porkchop.... WHAT SLIMMER PORKCHOP... so I am a full figured girl yes but not huge I wear a size 14 the smallest size they carry, but even if I was larger does that mean I need jeans called porkchop. Why not just put WIDE LOAD, or HOG BUT, or PIGGY PIGGY, on the damn things and just make all of us real sized women feel a little more like crap. I am so mad. I think Layne Bryant has lost a customer.

I guess Big Birtha would be worse? I don't mind the name porkchop. I just went clothes shopping for the first time since I've been as big as a barrel. Hey, that would be a good name for jeans "As Big As A Barrel." :) I was just delighted to find clothes that fit. I'm an 18. I've lost about 40 lbs & I'm still an 18? I guess before I was a 22? Anyway, I don't find the name porkchop offensive. Perhps if it were Lard Lady or Miss Blubber Butt I wouldn't like those names but honestly they just make me laugh.
