    Yeah, with the high blood pressure when I get hot I get hella hot and struggle cooling down, but yet when I get cold I'm freezing and it takes me hours to warm up ... so in between is perfect!

    and you know I'm a natural red head... actually my hair has been getting lighter and lighter as the summer has wore on, kind of got this thing happening where in the sun its like a bit on fire and in the shade it calms down.

    silver - I think the only time I am a freaking ray of sunshine is when I've had a drink or two.  I have an understanding with my bosses and coworkers that my first cup of coffee being finished is the signal that it's safe to start the daily stress.  It works well for everyone.

    OWK - have you tried Trader Joe's travelers chocolate?  It's one of the smoothest dark chocolates I've found so far. (though I'm open to more research!)

    fallyn, life is always multidimensional. i'd absolutely hate to limit myself to a single direction or choice. at the very least, we always need to balance out our yin and yang.
