  Cute pics! He looks like a really sweet dog :-) Is he a wiener dog? I don''t know how to spell the real name, but  that's what I've always called them. I always thought those dogs were cute too.

  hey queen,What a sweetheart! We have a dachshund,too, only he's black and tan. Dachsies are bundles of fun and love to cuddle up for a nap. Just take care of his back...don't let him climb up or down stairs or jump up on furniture.I know what you mean about energetic!!!! :-)

  What a cute little dog Queenie, my daughter has one, they are very pushy haha, they want to get their way.
   
  A word of advice, don't let him jump off high places like the couch, bed or chairs. Their backs are elongated and they will develop back problems if allowed to jump too much..........good luck with that cute puppy Queenie.

  How cute!  Hope you have many happy hours together!  And hope he's more well-behaved than the one we had a few years ago.  We sent him packing, with his suitcase out on the porch.  Ha.  (gave him away after months of failed potty training)  Not all dogs are alike, so hopefully you won't have any problems!
