While the whole world learned that Israel is a place of violence, and the center of a relegious war, not many people aware of the country's real problem: water.

If you look at the map you will see, that this tiny country does not have many fresh water supply, because it is a country that was built on sand dunes. Our only large fresh water lake is the Lake of Kineret, which we actually share with one of our neighbor country.
Global warming got us early, we are getting less and less rain,  and the Kineret that once washed it's edges all around, now is letting us walk for about 20 minutes from the edges we once built for it, before we can reach it's water.

We have not had rain this year yet. When all that snowing and storming was going on in West Europe, we had calm and sunny weather over here. We passed the red line and moved into the black zone as of our watter supply, and it seamed like a rainless winter this year.

But for the past two days we welcomed rain cloud above us, and it's been pouring and thundering outside. We had a good couple of meters up North, and we are only expecting sunny days by Wednesday. I am not sure if this water is really enough for waht we need, and I can only hope there will be more rain this year. But to have this blessing is a really good news for us. I wish we would be in the news about matters like this one, and not for all that mess and negativity. I hope one day people around the world will realise, there are some bigger things to worry about than "just" leadership and religion.
