I've gone in a slightly different direction with this new blog I've created.  It is called Economic Recovery Thoughts and it will be my take on the economy.  I will use it to promote my mortgage website.

Everything about the economy has such a negative spin on it these days and I want this to reflect some positive thought.

I am not an economist and would never claim to be one, but I do have common sense.  That's where my points of view will originate.  There's lots of stuff to talk about.

Please join me if you think you might find it interesting.

Hmmm .... I do think it's a good idea, but I don't think I'm educated enough about it, lol.  I could get lost quickly.  I'll keep an eye out to see how progress is going with it.  How are things going with the diabetic blog and the mortgage website anyway?

    Hegemone,
Thank you.  The mortgage website needs more promotion and that's why I decided to do the economic blog.  It will be a nice tie in and kind of a sister site to it.

My diabetic blog is exploding after I joined Twitter!  It truly amazes me and makes me very happy. I have been including my link on my Tweets and people are following it.

I will alternate these two blogs on the site when I'm commenting and see what happens.

My new Amazon links are starting to earn money.  Adsense earnings are up.

I feel very positive about it.

Awesome, that's great to hear!  Maybe if I get things in gear, if you don't mind, I'll add the links for these different things to a couple of sites I use.

That would be awesome, Hegemone.  Thank you.  :-)

I think this is a great idea!  I'll come back and read more later, I promise.  In the meantime, loved your "photo."  You look just like I imagined...ha!

A close relative of mine is in the process of trying to buy a home, so this interests me a lot.  They are pre-approved for the loan but I have heard of someone else near here that was also pre-approved, then some association (sorry, I forgot what it's called) informed them that they didn't make enough money to be worth the risk.  That's something that made us glad we jumped into a mortgage over two years ago.

Any positive spin you can put on things will definitly be a welcome change, I know.  And congratulations on your other ventures doing so well.  I still wish I was smart enough to be making money at home like you are doing.  Maybe one of these days.

Back on the subject of home buying---am I wrong in thinking that a lot of people are losing their homes because they can't afford them, then those that can are snapping them up?  Something doesn't sit well there with  me, but I know next to nothing about housing markets.  I guess I am saying the wrong things here about a "positive" post.  Sorry.

Hello creative Woman, I did some sight seeing, I'm impressed you really are creative. I poked around looked here and there, you've been busy. I've got a funny feeling you are on to something with your ideas. Yes I would agree You do seem to be multidimensional. Good luck I'll be reading.

    wombat,
Yeah, my "photo" is a little silly but I thought it was fun.  lol  You are right that it's a buyer's market right now.  I think this new stimulus package is supposed to help people who have kept up their mortgages but are struggling to negotiate a better lower loan rate.  That's my understanding of it.  I'm not 100% on it yet.

If you know of anyone still shopping for a good mortgage rate, you could send them here.  Four different lenders will bid on their mortgage and the best part is that it is free.

    CayenneMan,
Thank you for taking a little tour around my blog world.  I'm really serious about making my living this way.  :-)  I know I can do it.  I appreciate you reading them.

Didn't mean to seriously say your photo was silly....I was just messing with you!  And I will hang onto that link for the one looking to buy a home.  (I don't think they know what they are doing.)  But, really, that's their problem and I am just watching from here.  You have to stay abreast of things, like you are doing!

    wombat,
I knew you were joking.  All is well.  :-)  Your friends might get a good deal if someone needs to make a sale.

I like the new site.  Someone with common sense talking in a way I can understand? We need you in Washington, CW.

    Twyla,
Thank you for such a nice compliment.  :-)  My plan is to explain things how I understand the economy.  I take a common sense approach to most things.

Nice blogs. I have been reading a lot of your blogs and i find you have versatile skill of writing on mostly all topics. you niche covers all. I like to read how you help people over come their issues. maybe no directly but indirectly you touch the emotions deep in people hearts. I would suggest that you also try www.blogcytes.com and try to monetize your writing skills. Its not much but make little from your writing and free time certainly worth something.

    virulent,
Thank you.  I'm happy you enjoy my writing.  I will check out that site.  I'll make a note so I don't forget.  :-)
