One of my housemate is birthday today. Me and my roomate planned to make a
suprise party for her. Hope this surprise party will become an unforgettabale
party ever.. we didn't even wish or speak to her today. we just ignored
her, like we were forgot about her birthday!
we are going out after this office hour to buy a cake for the party. I'm still wondering
what am i going to buy for her birthday present. I think i want to buy a bracelet for her.
what are you guys think? is that ok? btw, she is celebrating her 24th birthday and she
still a student.. what kind of present should i give her?

A bracelet would be perfect. I've attended countless birthday parties. I've seen gifts such as books, perfumes, bracelets, spaghetti strap, teddy bears, souvenirs (mugs, music box), etc etc.
But you posted this 22 hrs ago, I bet you have bought her a bracelet, then. That would be good.
