Being in the network marketing industry now for 1 year and 2 months now; I’ve had a lot of experience in dealing with many kinds of people from the humble employee who works for $620 a week to the rich and powerful business tycoon who earns $2 million dollars a month, also have come across several different companies, I’ll mention a few maybe some seasoned networkers reading out there might already know some of the companies like:

Amway (I think their changing the name now to something beginning with a Q)

ACN

Freelife

Rich Jerk

Mlmgoldmine

Magnetic sponsoring

That is just some of the few companies that are out there that all share the same business model. I’ll explain what it is later for the people out there moving on I noticed from  my long experience I have come to realize that we have a major responsibility that we should treat very seriously. That responsibility is to change the lives completely of people not just financially but we have a responsibility for their wellbeing also people with experience like me I feel we have the top obligation to train and help these people in the RIGHT MANNER!

The reason why I say this is because I see many people that are already raking in massive amounts of money let us say for example they make $10,000 a month or if they make $80,000 a month like me, well they get careless after they don’t pass on the complete know how and knowledge required to reach their level of success, because what disgusts me since I have plenty of moral fibre is that.

Once people get to the top they look at all the people under them and then they think once they see plenty of people go under them join up some of them stay and some of them leave they couldn’t care less because their income goes up regardless of how many join or leave and they just go and totally forget about it.

But with me I got plenty of cash in my pockets but I really do take the time to go and train my team so that they are in the right mindset and my business is stable because that is what the industry is designed for anyway. Also honestly I love it I enjoy it to see some people underneath me also become leaders and inspire others what they have learnt from me. That is a very fulfilling feeling.

Also for the record the financial part takes care of itself so I don’t have to worry about that at all, honestly I hire someone else to take care of that for me now. Now to explain a bit about the business model for those people who don’t know in the network marketing industry, doesn’t matter what company you choose to join in the industry what person you decide to go under there are a few things that are going to be the same, there is always going to be a fee to join the business but don’t start thinking it is like a franchise before you start thinking it is going to cost you $520,000 to get a franchise like subway or McDonalds let me rest you assured. The good news is in network marketing you don’t have to pay that much, fees for the network marketing industry to join any company is either between $1 (yes $1 dollar) - $800 that is the fair amount, for those just starting out I suggest you do your homework on the companies and start with a company that charges a low entry fee to join like $40 dollars or $10 even. You can join the $400 -$800 dollar ones later once your raking in more $$.

Now for the reason why people join these network marketing companies is the compensation business model. So you’re in the business congratulations you are going to change your life (no seriously if you do it the right way you will I am not kidding) when you start out in the network marketing companies they pay you for each person you refer to the business so you get your dad to join the business the company pays you for example $4 dollars for that person but how it works the company will pay you that $4 dollars month after month year after year for the rest of your life, for only doing the work once.

Now I know $4 dollars might not seem like a lot but I don’t care who you are if you are serious about changing your life you need to look at the bigger picture if you refer let’s say 10 people to the business that is 40 dollars a month. That is only the tip of the iceberg for another example let us say

the company pays you for your dad joining the business your dad refers your mum to the business now the company pays your dad $4 dollars a month but they also pay you $8 dollars a month for that, for the work your dad did, but you did not have to lift a finger and they pay you that for the rest of your life, can you understand the big picture here?

Now if you think about it lets say for example you join underneath me I go out of my way to train you the right way and give you the knowledge required to become successful you get your dad to join I help you and train your dad and plus whoever else you manage to refer to the business I train everybody till you reach the level that your confident enough to go out and start training people yourself.

So in short, this is how the business model works. You get paid for whoever your dad refers to the business so your dad refers your mum to the business you get paid for that and he gets paid for it.

Now not only that is great, your mum refers your aunt to the business so your mum gets paid your dad gets paid more, you get paid let us say for example $30 dollars more for the rest of your life month after month for doing the work only 1 time, and it keeps snowballing from there. But you get paid more from whoever your mum refers, so that is why I am motivated even more to help people below me rather than people who will join directly underneath me.

The beautiful thing is I’m always looking for people. Because when they join I tell the company that either you referred them or your dad referred them so we both get paid more and if they join I will train and help place people under them. So I hope you can understand that this industry is designed for people who want to help others change their lives and those that join and are brand new who have no experience have people with the experience helping them out, I spend money on people underneath me on marketing material and etc, because at the end of the day I get it back when the company pays me, so my financials are secured and I can also claim it back on tax.

So that is how the business model works in a nutshell.

Now there are people out there who have been burnt and have not made success when they joined this industry, they do not see results and they get angry or upset they say bad things about the industry and tell others about it and it gives the industry a very bad image, all because of some people with experience in the industry not holding up to their responsibilities or fulfilling their obligations. Which pisses me off very much because I think they should pull their finger out of their ass they got the money to make it happen, because I realize the people underneath me are all assets.

When trained the right way will help my business grow larger and we all earn lots more together. Others usually charge a fee for their training and for them to share their knowledge but I do it for free, because I get paid in return once my team gets the confidence to start referring other people to the business, so I’m more than happy to throw a bit of $$ here and there for them.

But the reason why people think it is a scam and some companies out there are out to scam. For example www.clickforabuck.com are scammers my friend paid $90 for the membership to join that website he made up to $11,000 on that website and when he wanted to get paid they deleted his membership.

Honestly that is unethical and they deserve to be slandered for their failure to meet their obligations and responsibility. So there are legit companies out there but I cannot stress enough do your homework on the company investigate their terms and conditions, if they are a new company investigate the founders see what they are who they are if they are trustworthy enough.

I want to give the industry a good image and I am against those freaks out there that screw people around, because of my attitudes that is the reason why my business is as big as it is today and that is the reason why I have results. So for those who are new to the industry this is crucial for you to know so you do not get burnt, and for those who are interested in being trained and going into business with me I’m always open cause I’m here to hold my responsibilities and my obligations.

Because if I help you, you help my business overall so it would make sense for me to make sure your successful.

The thing I notice also in the network marketing industry that leaders fail to do is explain some of the risks involved upon joining, all they do is just push the positives which there is nothing wrong with. But there are some people out there that will be sceptical about it because you just push the positives honestly people will begin to think that there is no sense in it and it is too good to be true, you will then lose them I wouldn’t blame them for being sceptical but most leaders are afraid to explain the risks involved in this industry. I know all the risks and from my experience there are a few.

Like risk #1 it is a very real risk, and that is what happens if you do not get enough people to join underneath you in your business and you are just paying the fee and getting nowhere?

This risk is only a risk is a problem only for those people who have had no training on how to deal with people and have a constant customer source. If you are trained the right way on how to communicate how to explain how to get your message out there then your risk will be eliminated, you will see results you will see your business grow even before you know it.

It is a successful industry it does work it works every time if you do it the right way, but the results vary on how much effort your willing to put into the industry, the amount of figures you earn depends on how much you would like to earn it is uncapped and unlimited, the money will always be on the table, but you need to put in a bit of effort to acquire it.

The more you are trained on this then the more you deal with this risk it will be effortless and you will get results everytime.

Risk #2 what if you dont have any money at all to go from zero to hero or you run out of money?

If you run out of money or you are not receiving any, you are obviously doing something wrong it is illogical if you are doing things the right way and you do not see any results, I’ll be honest most of the other leaders methods that they teach like the 3 way calls the list of people they tell you to write the hotel presentations.

In all honesty you have to realize these do work. But you have to realize it will take time, you need to learn other methods also that the larger companies out there are always utilizing and some methods that do not require any money that I have used myself to get plenty of results. Believe me I know what you have to deal with I’ve dealt with it before.

My advice though if your broke from the beginning there are ways to get into the industry, like find one with a low joining fee let’s say for example $5 dollars okay? Then you investigate your company and if its right for you and you know all the ins and out of that company, borrow it from someone maybe a friend, or if you are on social security benefits then just wait for your next paycheque.

Then from there it is your sponsors responsibility to help you become successful and their obligation to help you refer people to the business so you can get success and have $$ coming in. To the point you are confident to roll yourself you have enough $$ for yourself to do the same for someone else. That is how it should be done.

Risk #3 you lack the passion motivation to reach the top

Well honestly this one you can help yourself with, find out why you are in the business for and use that to motivate yourself (do not use it to motivate others) cause your dreams might not be someone else’s.

So those are the 3 major risks in the industry. it comes down mainly to how badly do you want to get success how much you are willing to learn, how much effort you wish to put into helping yourself and others. Because this industry will sift out the bad from the good with the way it is designed and you need the right people to build it up. As they say Rome was not built in 1 day but

I cannot stress with the right people the right training then you can see results beyond your imagination and I can give you my personal guarantee on that.

So that is the reason why most people fail in the industry because they do not see those risks or they don’t understand what is required to reach the top. I mean I can honestly say I did know a bit before I went in 1 year ago, now that I have been on the sporting field for awhile now I can tell you that Its definitely the best thing that happen to me. So to those who want to start and get the ball rolling I look forward to hearing from you.
