20, What payment methods do you accept?    

Eagle Digitizing accept credit cards. If you would like to digitize artwork, we will send a credit card form to you. You can fax or e-mail your credit card information to us. Our fax number is: 1-803-753-9400

21, What format do you offer?    

Eagle Digitizing mainly offer DST file. We also provide another format conversion，such as EMB, CND, EXP, DSB, etc. You can click here to see more.

22，What artwork is common format that the embroidery company would like? And what is the common format embroidery machines use?    

Vector-based formats, like “.ai” “.eps” (generated by Adobe Illustrator), and “.cdr” (generated by Corel Draw) are excellent. Most embroidery firms and printing firms can use them. For embroidery sewing machines, Tajima (or “dst”) is the most commonly-used format. Most brands of embroidery machines can use it: Brother, Happy, Tajima, Wilcom, for example.
