16, What digitizing software do you use?    

Eagle Digitizing mainly use Tajima, Wilcom digitizing systems.

17, Can you do 3D puff / patches/ applique?    

Yes, we can. All of digitizers are very experienced in that, and you could also see some samples that we did, please click here

18, When I send out the order, what kind of information do I need to send?    

The most important ones are 1. Size in width or height, you may inform us only one side as the other side obviously will go proportionate, 2.Fabric to embroider on and 3. Location: Where do you need the digitized on.

19, Do you sell your stock designs?    

In order to protect customers' copyright, Eagle Digitizing do not sell stock design! Your designs will be kept strictly confidential by us. We never sell our customer's designs to others. Also we have reliable backup system to keep your designs in case you lose it or can't find it.Just contact us if you need your own designs, we'll resend them to you within one hour.
