We all know the phenomenon on SoulCast called 'anonimous posting'. It's a type of posting where you don't get to see someone's nickname. It should be delted and here's why:
Unless you use your real name as a nickname, you don't know ho that person really is. I can guess FaithfullDisciple is a Christian, but that's about it. Maybe he isn't a Christian but just pretends to be one. No offence on FaithfullDisciple, because I believe he/she s honest, but you get the idea. Maybe I have this nickname because I'm a serial killer who likes to chop off limbs. I'm not, but I can pretend to be, and there's only one person in the world who knows I'm joking: me.
This gives you near unlimited privacy, because no-one knows your real name. No-one knows who you are. So why make an extra 'anonimous' option? Are you afraid people will stalk your blogs with insulting comments? Are you too shy to show your nickname?
Ladies and gentlemen, I bet 95% of the trollers make use of the 'anonimous' option. They troll and you can hardly have your revenge. Without the 'anonimous' option, I bet most of the trollers disappear. So who came up with this?
I don't hate trollers. They're dumb and annoying as hell, but hey, that's Internet. And according to http://www.pointlesswasteoftime.com/misery.html, you NEED annoying people around you in order to stay happy. Then again, the name might be right in place.
