Hope you all have a wonderful Valentine's Day!!!

I thought I'd share a cute story today.....

One of my boys, Austin, just turned 3 last week and we decided that it was time to try potty training again... We tried it before but he just wasn't quite ready...

So, my husband took him the first few times and showed him what do to, my son thought that it was really neat for Daddy to go pee-pee with him :P

Now everytime my son needs to go he comes to my hubby and says: "Come on Daddy we go pee-pee!!"

The highlight of his day is now getting Daddy to go with him to the bathroom, you can hear him in there giggling as they go together...Kids are too cute and soooooooooooo much fun :)

Hope this gives a few of you a good giggle too!! Have a great day!!

Love and Light

Ha ha!  I loved this.  I can almost hear his giggles and see his little cute smile as he stands there doing his little pee pee (that's your toddler btw not hubby hee hee!)

LMAO its the cutest thing, he's a little blonde haired blue eyes heart breaker and his laugh is infectious, he starts to giggle and then so do we lol. I love how he has made potty time into male bonding!! lol He is barely tall enough to even stand there and pee-pee but you would think he was 10 ft. tall when he gets Daddy to do it with him :) I'm glad you enjoyed it Pusscat!!   :D

Great story Mom, I think boys are harder to potty train than girls. My daughter got her kids a potty training video. It's called; The big brown bear in the blue house" or something close to that.

It really worked well with her two little ones, give it a try if peeing with Dad doesn't make a big splash haha.

LOL  He has been doing pretty good so far and my daughters were much harder for me than he is lol.. One of my girls just flat out didn't want to learn to go potty.. She said she wanted to stay the baby lol although at that point there were already two younger than her! :P (I had my last four within 15 months of one another) It took us forever to finally get her potty trained!! So far Austin has been a breeze so long as Daddy goes too lol I'm not looking forward to making him understand that he has to go even when Daddy can't go with him though :)

I can't even house train my two puppies and they go inside as much as outside.  I cannot imagine trying to train anything with more will power than a dog.  I would have to put down tiles and hose the place out twice a day.

Do you give the kiddie a little meaty treat when he goes in the potty?  You'd already know not to rub their nose in it, right?   I hear that's cruel.  (well, duh...)

My pups actually hide behind things so I can't see them and then they unload....  It's depressing and defeating.  Any advice?

LMAO Pieter I've figured out how to train the kids but I'm as lost as you when it comes to the dogs lol... I put ours outside cause she wouldn't stop going in the house! Cats are much easier lol just fix a litter box, show it to 'em a few times and your done!! Take care hun! Glad to see you on another one of my posts! :)

Disaster!!!  It has been raining. I thought we were beginning to improve here at home and as soon as it's wet ouside they refuse to face the elements.  It just takes a thin film of moisture on the pavement and their puny little doggie brains see the biblical flood of Noah and they will not go outside.

This means a major set-back and going right back to basics......  <sigh>

Did you know that in the Orient it is perfectly acceptable to EAT DOGS!!!!!
