Yet again, McDonalds has managed to get caught up in another lawsuit (and no it’s not about having too much salt on their chips) instead it concerns a personal injury claims case.
Five buddies saw two pretty girls at their local McDonalds. One of the men approached the car, to which the driver rolled down her window and exposed a knife. A McDonald’s employee testified that the woman was frantically yelling into the microphone that a creepy guy was bothering them.
The man’s uncle then went over to the car to talk to the girls only to be slashed across the bicep (ouch). The men’s personal injury lawyer contended that the franchise should have had a security guard on site. The jury dismissed the case.
