when me and my hubby bought the place we r in now we thought we would be able to live here for a while but now we have two kids and it is justt getting to be too small. we seem to out grow it really fast and now r trying to sell it and it seems like we cant get it sold for what we r wanting to sell it for. its not like we can lower the price b/c we need that much to pay off the loan on this place toware we can get a loan to get a bigger place. its not like we r asking a lot out of it. it is worth more then what we r selling or and i just dont know what to do.anyone have any ideas let me know.
