  Thanks! It really is a nice apartment.  Perfect for us.  We've wanted it or one like it for a while now, and just when we can finally afford to move out, this apartment has finally come available so it's like everything falling right into place.  Some old friends of ours used to live there so we know what we're getting into, and it's even been improved a bit since then.
  
  The best thing right now I think is just getting "find new apartment" crossed off our list.  This is a hard town to find decent housing in and until we got a line on this place we were starting to get worried.  I know for my husband it's going to be a huge weight off his shoulders.  Which in turn is going to make life better for me.
  
  If anything it's nice just to see some part of my life having some forward motion right now! :)

  YAY Nytquill!  I know you guys have wanted this for a while, so I'm SO excited for you!  I love when this sort of stuff happens, it's so nifty!
