THE UPANISHADS

Our land is of wisdom. Our civilization is very old.
The secrets found out by the society is wonderful. By living
the life in a civilized way and at the same time having every
benefit of the materialistic, domestic, worldly life their
lives are great. By these experiences they wrote so many
advices to the society which are later named as upanishad.
They are now translated in English for the welfare of the
society of the whole world.
Go through them and enjoy.

Vidwan and Gnani

Upanishads are the higher level philosophy explaining directly the God
or the Super soul. At lower level day to day prayers, practices, rituals
are explained. At a higher level the merging of the human soul (adma),
the jeev (life) and the super soul (God) is explained. Since the philosophy
itself is very hard in its subject simple English is used in translating them
so that all level people of all religions of all nations of the entire world can
understand them easily.

There are large difference between a Vidwan (scholar)  and a Gnani (realized soul). A Vidwan is one who has studied all about God and

a Gnani is one who realized the God.   One may got PhD in doing research about mango fruit  but he does not eat even a single fruit means what

is the use.  He may know what are the vitamins and minerals etc in that fruit but no use.   But a Gnani is who has realized the God. He is like the man who is eating the mango fruit without knowing what are the contents.

So don't  do research on  God.   Just try to realize Him.

Don't do research on languages  but try to absorb the contents.
